ABOUT Victoria
Born and raised in New Jersey, Victoria has been described as saucy with a zest for life. Always up for a new adventure, she jumped at the opportunity to live in Madrid for a semester during her undergraduate program. It was there where she fell in love with tapas and the incredible ability of food bringing people together, and she hasn’t been the same since.
After she graduated from her alma mater, Washington College, she worked for a few years in IT as a Project Coordinator until she decided to pursue her passion for cooking full-time. She attended The Institute for Culinary Education, where she did a dual externship with Chef Sarah Moulton and at Huertas—a Spanish tapas restaurant in the East Village.
Upon graduation, she worked as a Food Styling Assistant in NYC. During that time, she also worked as the Food Editor for The Spruce Eats.
After some time in the city, she decided to move to North Carolina for a new adventure. Now, she combines her passion for styling and love for food to create mouth-watering dishes for the camera.
Her goal is to bring together her skills and expertise to create foods with high impact for local restaurants, food trucks, breweries, advertising and editorial clients.
